Reggie is a Virginia native, born in Norfolk, VA, that calls the 757 his foundation, his home and his headquarters.

The budding business mogul, is the founder and operator of Prevail Group, a small business development & project management firm. 

When he's not forging relationships in the corporate space, running his business and or closing deals as consequence of the latter, Reggie is investing in other small businesses or real estate ventures.

In his spare time, Reggie pours out his time and resources into the next generation, volunteering with Option 2, a non-profit he founded several years ago that's focused on equipping student athletes with the tools thrive in life after sports. 

But don't get it twisted, Reggie likes to have a little fun too. He is a reader and video game enthusiast that loves to find that subtle place of harmony between self-evolution and relaxation. 

Reggie's love for entrepreneurship, is a reflection of his parents. When he was young, his father was an independent car dealer and real estate agent. As for his mother, she owned a hair salon and doubled as a cosmetic consultant. Consequently, Reggie spent most of his elementary days around his mom's salon after school  or soaking in the details of business deals at car auctions or home showings with his dad.

By the time Reggie was 11, his parents helped him launch his first  business. Thus, Reggie's Sno-Cones was conceived, and he sold chips, candy and snow cones out his front yard.

His business savvy began where his roots did.

It's simple for Reggie. The passion he has for sales, business development and customer service lines his DNA; it's his lifeblood. Reggie Prevail is the product of two hustlers, and therefore he has one option in life: Prevail!
