Reggie Prevail Joins CousinzCon Panel on Redefining Success Beyond the Diploma

NORFOLK, Va. — September 2026 — Reggie Prevail, founder of Prevail Group and a 2026 Inside Business Top Forty Under 40 honoree, was a featured panelist at CousinzCon on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Historic Attucks Theatre in Norfolk. He joined the "Defying The Diploma: Redefining Success + Creating Opportunities That Transcend The Classroom" panel, part of the free pre-festival summit hosted by Cousinz Festival.

Prevail appeared alongside Dr. Wes Bellamy, Tina Brehon and Carlos Moreno, Co-CEO of Big Picture Learning, in a conversation moderated by Stephanie L. Sutton. The panel looked at how young people can build careers and businesses without treating a college degree as the only path.

Prevail stepped away from school to run his nonprofit, Option 2, and his early sales consulting work before building a career in growth and innovation.

Prevail, a Norfolk native, spent roughly five years in Silicon Valley consulting with Singularity University before returning home. Through Prevail Group, he advises organizations on growth and innovation, and through Prevail Ventures he invests in and acquires businesses, including blue-collar companies.
